Letters from a Storage Locker 15: Paternity?

  Okay, so this isn't so much of a letter as it is just a form.  Just one simple form.  Perhaps not even deserving of it's own blog, but we think it is.

Here's part 1 and 2 of a paternity testing form.  We omitted the middle section as it contained the father's name and residence information as well as the father's father and mother's information.  We should note that the mother was not totally sure of the father's parents names, and that she crossed out his address about 4 times to put different addresses.

I also like that the answer to the question:  WHERE did he get married is a ?-- but the answer to WHEN is "In Dallas"

Finally, "He Lied about Everything!"     Poor lady.  I hope she got the help she needed, and if she was lucky, some much-needed child support!
